[Shop-talk] oak mold ???

Sounds like the mold that I get on my shaded deck if I let dead leaves 
accumulate.  Pressure washer fan nozzle will get rid of it.  If you 
don't want to go that route, I've had good luck using OxyClean+water and 
a deck brush on a pole.  Depending on how bad it is, you might need to 
let the solution sit for a few minutes before scrubbing it off.
