[Shop-talk] Is this thing still on? <Thanksgiving and Leaf Blowers>

Fortunately if you buy a Stihl, you won't get it form Amazon.  Or Wal-Mat
either for that matter.  They will only sell to dealers who will take the
time to assemble the machine, and make sure you know how to use it.  This
turned out somewhat comically when my wife wanted to buy me a new Stihl
chainsaw for Christmas a few years back.  The up-side was she learned the
basics of chainsaw operation.  The down-side was she then had to but a saw
full of fuel and oil in her car to take it home.  Still one of the best
gifts I have ever received.
