Though I don't own one, my favorite YouTube channel is South Main Auto Repair, and Eric O (the owner and mechanic) swears by his Astro Nano that's more in your price range: https://www.amazon.com/Astro-1822-Nano-Impact-Wrench/dp/B00VTQIURE - used it on camera lots of times. He also swears by the HF Earthquake and he seems quite surprised by that. He's been using one since Thanksgiving last year and it's still going strong.
