[Shop-talk] Brake issue on mason dump

I would check the caliper mounts..  Sounds like one of the slide pins was
frozen and came loose again allowing it to work right again.  I see many
times the rubber boots aren't seated right allowing water in and then the
pins rust in place.  That's where I would start looking anyway.
