> You can use a bottle or bumper jack to bust the bead on the tire. Lay the tire on the ground, put the jack on the side of the tire close to the rim, put it all under a truck bumper or such, and jack away. The tire bead will pull off the rim. Do this to both sides.

> Cut across the tire with a side angle grinder or saw. Come down close to the rim. If you don't care about the rim, keep on cutting until the tire is cut through, and lift the cut tire off.

> If you do care about the rim, step on the side of the tire opposite the cut, so the bead will be in the recess of the rim, use a stout screwdriver or such to pry the bead where you've been sawing up above the rim. Cut through it carefully with the saw or grinder or cable cutter if you have one. Do the same on the other side. Lift the cut tire off.
