[Shop-talk] sticking gas valve ??

I’m using a 50K btu Reznor ceiling hung heater in the shop... worked fine for years and some this year but lately it’s not coming on when the thermostat tells it too.  I can give it a bump with the heal of my hand and I hear gas flow and it lights

I’m thinking sticking gas valve ???   any trouble shooting ideas/procedures I can try to diagnose it ?
