[Shop-talk] Long reach, articulated, ceiling mount lamp?

Maybe a loading dock light? These are fixtures on articulated arms, wall-mounted and intended to be swung out to illuminate cargo boxes.  It might pay to ask doctors and hospitals if they have any obsolete ceiling mounted lights in storage they’d like to unload.
