My wife’s bathroom has a walk-in tub with heated seat, jets, and bubbles. It has a recirculating heater for long soaks. We had to install a second water heater, total capacity 80 gallons. I’ve used it a couple times but I find a shower suffices for my aches and pains.

My bathroom is about 60 square feet. It has a Cadet wall heater, about 1000 watts. I normally leave it off. I switch it on when I get up in the morning and the bathroom is comfortable when I finish breakfast about 20 minutes later. Bear in mind, this is coastal Washington and temps rarely go below freezing.
