Just something to consider. I ran a leg off of my home boiler (oil) to my
2600 Sqft building for radiant floor heat instead of installing a new
system in the garage (I didn't want to lose the floor space.)
It works better than I could have imaged. The company that designed it
were real pros. I keep the building 55 degs all winter, which I find is
the perfect setting for me.)
Best part, the oil company noticed no significant increase in oil
consumption!
The two pipe (return and supply) were run out in a conduit and both were
insulated. There is almost no noticeable loss in the run.
In the garage is a TeckMar controller for the floor runs. it works
awesome.
Building is about 70' from home.
Just something else to consider.
