[Shop-talk] PVC Vent Run

I have seen this done with an extra 90 degree elbow. So on 90 degree elbow
turns form vertical to horizontal (say to the LEFT of the vertical pipe),
the other one goes from horizontal to just above horizontal (OUT from the
vertical pipe).
