Please don't feel that I'll take offense.  I'm always interested in 
options.  I didn't know about that app. I'm looking at it now.

As long as there are free options, I'm happy.  I only want to make sure 
that people can get what they want, for FREE. (and without selling their 
data.)

Again, my only objective is to make a fully customizable app for guys (and 
gals) that love to turn wrenches on cars/bikes/planes/mowers/tractors/etc. 
 I don't charge, and I don't sell data.

Thanks for the link.  I'm looking into them now.

On my Android phone, I've been using aCar <http://www.fuelly.com/acar> for 
a number of years - six or seven or so. I had started making a database on 
my Palm device, then changed to a "smart" phone and found that it did all 
I envisioned, plus.

Not to throw shade on Eric's work.
