I have been using Sears/Craftsman chargers, small 2A float units with good results. No mishaps, built in polarity protection so no operator error possible. About 2 years now. $20 to $30 depending on the sale of the moment.

But if I can inly have a small unit that maintains an otherwise good battery, fine.
