[Shop-talk] Metal for plow blades

I had a cutting edge made from AR500 steel at the local steel shop. It was
VERY expensive, but it has been in use for 8 years and still going. The AR
designation is Abrasion Resistant. Same stuff they make steel rifle
targets from. The Steel itself was not too bad, but they charged me a
fortune to cut it and drill the holes for mounting.
