[Shop-talk] Half round, water tire checker bucket thingie

If it is just a single use, a hole in the ground lined with a piece of 
plastic?  If you are in freezing land, how about a spray bottle of soapy 
water like you would check for a gas leak.

Other options would be a trash can for a small tire or a large plastic 
tote for a bigger tire.

I did a Google images search for tire leak bucket and found this Tire 
Leak Test Tank.
