[Shop-talk] Battery-operated tools....battery disposal tangent

Around here Lowes & Home Depot have drop boxes for batteries & fluorescent bulbs.

Also check you local Libruaries.  Our main city libruary takes small batteries, not
car type, and I don't know about the tool batteries (LI-ion).  But it's the only place 
I could find that would take my alkaline and Ni Cads.
