[Shop-talk] Blackening sockets/wrenches stamped markings.

I suggest:

1: Clean real well with solvent.
2: Paint over w/ black epoxy paint (brush or spray).
3: Wait until semi-dry, then wipe off excess with cloth lightly dampened
with thinner.
