Jon,
You should be able to take the globe from the other fixture to a shop that
repairs light fixtures, or a supplier for fixtures for new homes. Most of
them can come up with something based on the fitter diameter, height of
globe and shape. You might have to purchase a pair of them if you can't find
a close enough match.

I've got a very nice pair of cast aluminum witches-hat lamps on the outside
of my garage. These have glass globes, and my wife accidentally cracked one
of them. I like to replace it, but I can't find any manufacturers info on
the castings. Is there company that specializes in replacing globes and
lenses for outdoor lighting? My Google searches have come up fruitless.
