[Shop-talk] Shop light sweet spot?

The various borgs sell T-8 shop lights in 4' and 8' sizes that have
pretty nice electronic ballasts that reliably start to zero or so.
The ones I've installed have been okay.  That ballasts are good, the
fixtures are not so hot.
If you already have fixtures that you like, replacing the ballasts and
possibly the lamp holders maybe a better way to go.  (Won't be any
cheaper, but maybe less work.
