[Shop-talk] Chuck keeps falling off of drill press.

Hello,

I have a small cheapo Chinese drill press.  The output shaft
has just a taper to hold the chuck in place, with no screw or anything
to positively keep the chuck from coming off.  Every now and then the chuck
falls off, especially when a drill starts to grab the work.

Is there any trick to make it stay on?  I am thinking of just cleaning
it well and using crazy glue...
