I have two sets of two piece EMPIs in my SHOP. Both are rough enough that they need work, both sanding and painting or, preferably, powder coated. What I am wondering is if there are any dangers to the two parts rims from the cooking process? Or will the shop doing the work know if and about any issues and be able to deal with it? Thanks! tim
