Unfortunately, I've never seen parts like that for sale separately, except
as repair parts.

Either one would be easy enough to make, though, especially if they don't
need to be hardened.  (I'm pretty sure the ones on my cheap Chinese vice
aren't hardened, and they've taken all the abuse I've given them for over 30
years.)
