[Shop-talk] Need a new multimeter

Yeah, the one I have I got because it had a needle and I remember 
someone telling me being able to see the needle twitch was useful. But 
that's only true if the thing works, and this one doesn't seem to. I 
should just get the Harbor Freight cheap digital one then?
