How about a Sawzall? With the right blade, I haven't found anything mine would
not cut:

OK,
Does anyone have any hints for cutting tires? I want to cut the tread of
an old tire to make some pads for my backhoe's outriggers.
I don't need to cut the beard (which I know is a bear) but just the treat
face of the tire.
