[Shop-talk] Difference between Lincoln Pro-MIG 175 and SP-175 Plus

I think that the models being marketed to professionals usually include
the gas regulator, but the ones for Lowes don't.

Also check if either has electronic (continuously-variable) power control,
or if not, how many settings it has.
