[Shop-talk] OT: Well Water Pressure Tanks

John,

Is your pump on the (bottom) end of the well pipe?  My pump, for 
example, is on the end of about 50 feet of steel pipe sunk into my 
backyard.

And you mind sharing what that setup cost, and where you got it?  I'm to 
the point that I might build a derrick to pull my well out of the ground 
if I need to--there is no competent repair or service option locally.
