[Shop-talk] pc to hdtv hookup (in the shop)

I prefer monoprice.com to dealextreme.com for cables.  I have gotten
cables from DX that were simply too junky to work reliability. Also,
Monoprice ships from LA, not Hong Kong.

But then, DX has a lot of interesting gadgets besides cables...
