That is the way I understand it; assuming I'm looking at the right product.

"Our Guest battery chargers (2611, 2613, 2623, 2631) are pre-wired with both
positive and negative leads for each battery. So you can connect the 5, 10,
or 20 amp outputs to each (12 volt) battery regardless of a parallel,
series, or independent set of 12 volt batteries."
