I have Redline MT-90 in the OD transmission of my '72 Spit. One nice thing about it is that the shifting does not get too difficult in cold winter weather.

As for the diff, it has regular oil, whatever Pep Boys sells.  I have never drained it, and just top it off every couple of years.
