Hook up the hose with a nozzle on the end.  The shorter the nose, the 
better.  Shut off the incoming water supply.  Open all the hot water 
faucets in the house.  Make sure the nozzle is closed.  Open the drain 
valve.  Have everyone in the house jump up and down on the hose is sync.
