[Shop-talk] Speaker signal out to RCA input

Why not simply connect the tape-output jacks to one of the RCA inputs
to the TV. If you're concerned about the amplifiers not being hooked
up to anything, leave the volume control turned down and remove the
speaker fuses (if any).
