One other thing I forgot to mention.  My motor is 3 phase, 208 volt. 
Most of the VFDs are rated for 230 volts.  If I drive the motor with a 
slightly higher voltage, the amp draw should be slightly less, but is it 
going to mess up the motor (or vfd)?
