[Shop-talk] sheared bolts...I hate 'em

 Left handed drill bits !  They work wonders, more than half the time 
they grab the bolt and remove it and the few times they don't grab it, 
well you were going to have to use a ez-out anyway, so let the left 
handed drill bit make the hole.
