[Shop-talk] cost per foot of building

I don't remember the calculations for per ft building I used, but I do 
remember that to build higher was so cheap that it didn't make sense not 
to.

I put my ceiling height at 14' and to be frank, for the cost, I should 
have when to 20'.

With pallet shelving, car lifts, and being able to add a catwalk later, 
the extra cost for the height is minium.
