Yeah, I'm pretty annoyed.  The unit was defective at installation (the
lower element didn't work), and shortly after they fixed it, there was
something else that got done under a recall.  I suspect if I called
the plumbers who installed it and raised a stink, they'd take care of
it (even though the waranty is out on the heating bits), but I kind of
want hot water before thursday...
