[Shop-talk] dry cut metal saw

It takes a steady hand, but I have cut things like that using an ordinary
Skil saw and carbide-tipped fine tooth plywood blade.  Didn't seem to harm
the blade at all (tho it was cheap enough that I wouldn't have minded
discarding it after the job).
