My family has three houses all served by a common sewer which is having 
root problems.  The sewer contractor managed to clear the line and now is 
recommending the cast in place liner.  At $150 a foot it makes ditch 
digging seem like a fun hobby.  Ten grand buys a lot of visits from 
Roto-Rooter.
