[Shop-talk] Advice regarding free (public domain) or affordable CAD software

Qcad @ ribbonsoft.com is not bad.  It is only 2D and costs about $35 US.  I
like it for doing sheetmetal layout. If anyone knows of something better I
am all ears.  Qcad will not do 3D or stress type of stuff.
