Believe the Truth in Advertising or whatever is was called was a victim of
the Reagan era government streamlining.  Stores have little or no obligation
to honor their advertising.  Your choice is to not shop there.  Though
complaining to higher up is often effective.

If the ad offers it, they are obliged to deliver it or a comparable product
at comparable price, or a rain check.  I believe that's a Federal law.
