Thanks Tim, but those are what I would call 'speed wrenches.'  I should have
been more specific.  Look at page 7, item #6.  The speed wrench comes out of
the plane of the work like a brace (I should get one of those too, they're
handy).  The "speed ratchet" I'm talking about is different, though.
