[Shop-talk] harris welding torches and blue point jack?

In New Jersey, there is apparently only one acetylene
filling station, and all the welding shops send the
cylinders there to get refilled.  So when I need a
fill, I get my own new nice-looking oxygen cylinder
refilled, and I exchange one beat-up acetylene
cylinder for another.
