[Shop-talk] harris welding torches and blue point jack?

I bought it--they offered me a good deal (cheaper than I could have bought the hf/sears/pepboys one, anyway).  I think I wanna bleed it to make sure it's okay.  anybody know how to do that on a floor jack?  never tried it before.
