[Oletrucks] Brake pedal

May be a silly question, but...  I have after-market disc brakes on my 
1950 3600.  Recently redid the rear ones and all is working well.  But 
when I press the brake pedal down to stop or slow down, it stays engaged 
and I have to release it with the toe of my boot.  Is there a spring 
that I missed?  Any thoughts?
