[Oletrucks] Replacing Door Hinges

Greetings,

I need to replace the original bottom door hinge on my 55 (2nd) Chevy truck.  My question is how to remove the original bolts on this bottom hinge?

The bolts on the pillar have a big slot in them like that of a huge flat screw driver.  Since they are original and have been there a looooong time, how do get to them and remove them?
