[Oletrucks] Disc brake question

I am half way through my brake conversion on a 58 Apache. If it takes more pressure check the vacuume line to the brake booster.

Got a question. I had a disc brake conversion done on my 1950 3600. Brakes work great, but I notice that suddenly it takes a lot more pressure on the pedal to stop, and sometimes the brakes tend to stick just a little when I stop. Any ideas what may be happening? Thanks!
