[Oletrucks] Disc brake question

Got a question. I had a disc brake conversion done on my 1950 3600. 
Brakes work great, but I notice that suddenly it takes a lot more 
pressure on the pedal to stop, and sometimes the brakes tend to stick 
just a little when I stop. Any ideas what may be happening? Thanks!
