Hi fellow list members,

Finally starting the prep on the door shell[drivers] I got a few years ago
at the Cloverdale BC swap meet. Real good shape but has one

Bullet hole from outside skin and a hernia shaped dent to the inside of the
cab, no hole through, just a protrusion. Any suggestions as to the best way
to pull out the hole[ not very reachable from inside] . Pull out and weld?
Also would I best torch heat the hernia protrusion. It's about 3/8" x 3/8".
Al Quin 52 GMC half tonPickup    I'm hoping the stock door will be narrower
and fit the bottom of my truck's door opening. I think when I reskinned my
original door and re hung it when I painted the truck in '96, it might be to
wide to the bottom rear corner and strikes the rear lower opening. Closes
thiht enough , but not right even.
