[Oletrucks] Speaker install

I came up across the same issue when I went to install the radio in my 59 GMC. The cab had just been painted and I wasn't about to cut a big hole in the inside. 
I had taken my radio out of a parts truck and it indeed did have a big hole inside the cab after I removed the speaker cover. 
I ended up wiring a speaker up under the dash and I screwed the speaker box back in the original spot. I had hoped to one day find a better solution.......
