I am running stock wheels on my 59 GMC and they are 15 inch, 6 lug with
clips. In fact I am running early 50's GMC hubcaps on the wheels.
Pictures here http://www.stovebolt.com/gallery/dumkee_blaine_1959_01.htm
The only concern I have is will they fit? Should as both are drum brakes.
