A front crossmember can be bought cheaper than you can make one and they pretty much drop in. The rear of the transmission can usually be supported with a piece of 3" channel bolted to the bottom flanges of the frame.

Hey All,

I am dropping a 350SB hooked to a Saginaw 4spd in my 54 Chevy 3100. Anybody
out there done this? What trans and motor mount did you use.
How did you clear the steering box?
