If I can find an ornament that I can use I may go with an ornament, I like
to see some chrome. I may fill the holes with filler, so I still have the
option open until I get ready for color.

So now the question is, do you buy the repop hood ornament or fill in the
holes?

On my '54 I had the original "hood bird" and chose to sell it and weld in
the holes but I'm one of those who thinks less is more.
